Add expenses from a receipt QR code
Simkassa helps transfer the amount and date from a supported Ukrainian fiscal receipt into the family budget without manual entry.
Camera or an existing photo
Open the scanner in the Mini App, point the camera at the QR code or select a receipt photo. Review the extracted amount and date, choose a category and confirm the expense.
Supported receipts
The feature is designed for Ukrainian fiscal QR codes and supported digital receipts, including certain NovaPay receipts. A regular bank transfer, consignment note or QR code without fiscal data may not be recognized.
The photo stays on your device
The image is processed in the browser to find the QR code and is not uploaded to the Simkassa server. Only the decoded QR text is sent for format validation and duplicate import protection.
Review before saving
The scanner reduces typing but does not replace user review. Before confirmation, make sure the amount, date and category match the purchase.
