Simkassa terms of use
These terms explain the purpose of the service, user responsibility and the operating boundaries of the Telegram bot and Mini App.
1. Service purpose
Simkassa helps users keep their own records of family income and expenses. It does not open accounts, hold money, process payments, provide credit or offer financial advice.
2. Access and family space
Sign-in uses Telegram. Users are responsible for account security, data accuracy and careful sharing of invitations. Each user can belong to one family only.
3. Free use
As of this revision, Simkassa is free, does not accept payments and does not request payment card details. If the operating model changes, information will be updated before new rules apply.
4. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another family or the administration area, overload the service, upload harmful material or violate applicable law or the rights of others.
5. Availability and accuracy
The service may be temporarily unavailable due to updates or failures involving Telegram, hosting or the network. Voice and QR recognition can make mistakes, so review data before saving.
6. Data and ending use
Personal data processing is described in the privacy policy. To correct or delete data, send a request through Complaints and Suggestions. Access may be restricted if the service is abused.
7. Contact
The official contact channel is @simkassa_bot. Requests about the service and data are accepted through the Mini App.
